Droptimize to join at FuturePrint Tech Munich with live demo and talk
Droptimize will take part in FuturePrint Tech Munich and will bring a working drop-watching system for on-site demonstrations. The company focuses on data-driven waveform optimisations, replacing guesswork with measured jetting performance comparisons across large waveform sets.
The system automatically evaluates velocity, volume, trajectory, stability and misting for each set of printing parameters The results are computed within seconds for every nozzle, fast enough to guide decisions during a single session. Teams use the data to cut optimization time, stabilise high-frequency jetting, reduce misting and achieve longer throws without the usual tedious manual trial-and-error loops.
Raphaël Wenger, co-founder, will deliver a talk: ‘From Data to Performance: A Streamlined Workflow for Inkjet Waveform Optimisation.’ The talk sets out a practical method: apply a large set of waveform variants automatically, capture full-nozzle diagnostics, rank outcomes, and carry forward only what performs. The argument is straightforward. Better measurement yields predictable commissioning and cleaner hand-offs from lab to production.
If waveform choice is slowing your roadmap, Droptimize offers a way to decide quickly, record why, and repeat the result. If you would like to find out more get in touch here or secure your spot at FuturePrint Industrial Print here.
